Terms and Conditions §1 Subject matter of terms and conditions 1. Terms and Conditions specify the rules of services delivery, liability and stay on the Apartment premises and constitute an integral part of the agreement which is executed by way of signing the registration card, and particular by makin a reservation and /or making a deposit payment or a payment convering the full stay at the Apartment . By performing the actions referred to in the preceding sentence the Guest confirms the they have read and accepted Term and Conditios. 2. All the persons staying on the premises of Dream of Bydgoszcz Apartments shall be bound by Terms and Condiotions 3. Terms and Conditions are displayed in the Apartments. §2 Check- in and Check- out 1. Apartments are rented based on the numer of nights to be spent at the apartment 2. Check-in time is 2:00pm -08:00pm 3. Check- out time is 8:00am-11:00 am 4. The Guest should immediately inform Dream of Bydgoszcz Staff about their desire to extend their stay at the Apartment beyond the period specified upon arrival. Dream of Bydgoszcz shall grant the Guest’s wish to extaned their stay subject to the availability. 5. Dream of Bydgoszcz Apartments reserves the right to refuse to extend the Customer’s stay at the Apartment, should the Guest fail to pay the full amount for their stay to date or fail to comply with Terms and Conditions. § 3 Reservation and Check- in 1. The Guest shall be checked-in upon presenting a photo ID and siging the registration card 2. The Guest cannot transfer the room to other person, even if the term of stay for wich they paid has not expired. 3. Persons who are not Apartment Guest may stay in hotel rooms as visitors between 7:00 am -10pm 4. Dream of Bydgoszcz may refuse to accommodate a Guest who was in serous breach of Terms and Conditions during their previous stay, especially by way of damaging apatment or Guests’ property or injuring Guest, Staff or any other persons staying at the Apartment 5. Upon check-in , Dreamof Bydgoszcz reserves the right to make a pre-authorization on a credit card or collect a cash deposit in the amount of the payment due for the hotel stay. 6. Should the Guest fail to cancel their room reservation by 7 days before arrival or fail to arrive at the Apartment on the scheduled day, Dream of Bydgoszcz shall order the Guest to pay for the first day to stay at the Apartment , with the reservation that if the Guest was to stay at the Apartment during a trade fair, the Hotel shall have the right to order the guest to pay the full cost of the planned stay. 7. Should the Guest give up their Apartment between the check in and check out Times, Dream of Bydgoszcz shall not refund the ost of given day’s stay. §4 Service and additional services 1. Dreamof Bydgoszcz Apartments services are delivered in accordance with the good standard 2. Should the Guest have any reservations the quality of services they are requested to report them. 3. Dream of Bydgoszcz Apartment is obliged to provide guest with: •Conditions for comprehensive and undisturbed rest •Safe stay, including safety and secrecy of the Guest’s personal information •Professional and polite service with respect to all the services Staff. § 5 Guests’ Liability 1. Children under 12 should be under constant supervision of their legal guardians when staying at the Apartment premises. Legal guardians shall be financially lible for any damage to furnishings and technical equipment caused by children. 2. The Guest shall bear full financial liability for all kinds damage to or destruction of the Apartment furnishings and technical equipment caused by the Guest , the persons visiting the Guest.Dream of Bydgoszcz Apartment reserves the right to credit the Guest’s credit card in order to pay for the damage caused by the Guest once they have left. 3. Should the previsions of Terms and Conditions be breached, Dream of Bydgoszcz may refuse accommodate the person in breach of the said provisions. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with the Apartment demands, settle the amount due for the services to date, pay for the possible damage and leave the Apartment. 4. For safety reasons the Guest should turn off the TV, swich off the light, turn off taps and check whether the door is locked whenever they leave the apartment. 5. Lost keys cost 1000 zł. §6 Hotel’s Liability 1. Dream of Bydgoszcz shall not be liable for demage to or loss of Guest’s car o rany ther vehicle, the objects left in. 2. Dream of Bydgoszcz is not responsible for items left in the room by the guest 3. The Guest should inform about loss immediately upon identifying it. §7 Return of the left objects Personal effects wich have been left in the room by the Guest who has vacated it shall be sent to the address specified by the Guest at their own expense. Should The Apartment not receive such instructions, the said personal effect shall be stored for 1 week at the Guest’s own expense, wfter wich period they will become the property of the Dream of Bydgoszcz Apartment. Owing to their properites, food shall notbe stored. § 8 Curfew The Hotel curfew is from 10:00 p.m to 6:00 am of the following day. §9 Additional provisions 1. In the Apartments and its immediate surroundings are non-smoking. 2. Hazardous materials, firearms and ammunition, flammable materials, explosives and illumination cannot be kept in Apartment 3. It is forbidden to taking out the things that are apartment equipment. Tge Guest will have to pay for taken towel 50zł. 4. The guest hereby agrees to string and processing of their personal data to the Personal Data Protections Act (Journal of Laws of 2002, No 101, Item 926, as amended) by STICH Sebastian Stich seated in Bydgoszcz ul. Dworcowa 13/26 85-005 Bydgoszcz, for the purposes of organizing the Guest’s stay at the Apartment nad their benefiting from other services delivered by the hotel. The Guest has the right to inspect their personal data and correct them. Soliciting, peddling and gambling are forbidden in the Apartment. 5. The Guest shall not introduce any changes to the rooms and their furnishings. 6. Fracture and failure to comply with the Rules of Guest will be charged a penalty of 2000 zł.
